3 Vital Keys for Success in Any Endeavor

Is true success only achievable for the select few? Is it really possible to achieve all of our dreams and desires?

When it really comes down to it…we are the masters of our own destinies. We are the only ones who can really make things happen in our lives. Using the right Success Formula, anyone can obtain their dreams and desires in due time. (and most times…much faster than you think)

Imagine coming up against any goal, desire, or challenge, and through 3 simple steps…achieving total success with relative ease. Imagine obtaining any wealth goal, any personal development objective, and optimum health with the power to both prevent and even cure disease.

As indicated at the top of each page on The Abundant LifePlan website, a truly Abundant Life and the success that comes with it…is achieved through the following:

• A focused vision of what you wish to accomplish…utilizing as many senses as possible
• A thorough understanding of both the task steps and information related to whatever goal you wish to achieve
• A continuous working towards the vision originally envisioned…through effective action steps

The First Step for achieving success in any endeavor…is to create a powerful vision of whatever it is you are trying to succeed in.

The kind of vision we are talking about here is not some wishy-washy desire with no true belief in it’s successful outcome…but instead a powerful vision that incorporates as many senses as possible. You need to not only see your vision in your mind, but you must create strong emotions related to it…by imagining the outcome has already occurred using sight, smell, sounds, and touch to bring it to life.

For true success, it is also vital that you truly contemplate your dreams and desires…to insure they are in fact what you want to occur. To create the strong emotions necessary for ultimate success…you will need to have no doubts about what it is you trying to accomplish.

Meditation or just quiet contemplation are very important tools for developing a strong vision of what it is you are trying achieve…and to help you truly determine what goals are most important to you. As you learn to quiet you mind, you can then use the powerful tools of affirmations and visualizations to further enhance you vision.

The Second Step for achieving success in any endeavor…is to develop as much knowledge and skills related to your goal as possible.

Along with developing a powerful vision of whatever goal you wish to accomplish…the more knowledge you obtain about your dreams and desires…the easier it will be to both refine your vision and take the final action steps necessary for bringing that vision into reality.

Developing your knowledge base and the proper skill sets will require some time…but the ultimate payoff will be almost guaranteed success. Truth is, you’re going to have to use you noggin a little on this step. Personally, this is one of my favorite parts of the Success Equation.

As we learn new things related to whatever task we wish to accomplish…this new found knowledge allows us to develop new ways to approach our objectives, and find creative ways to achieve our goals. It is during this phase of the Success Formula where we truly are able to tap into our creativity and genius potentials.

I think at this point, it should start to become obvious that the more we know about a particular subject…the easier it will be to pursue the actions steps required to bring our goal into reality. With that said, it is vital that you take the necessary time to fully understand both what you want to accomplish…and how to best to accomplish it.

The Third Step for achieving success in any endeavor…is to take the necessary (and right) action steps required to bring your vision to life.

Many people feel that just working towards a goal will make it happen. In truth, without the first two steps in the Success Equation, your action steps will most likely just result in a lot of needless frustration.

With your dreams and desires firmly supported with true vision, purpose, knowledge, and the proper skill sets…then the action steps should feel both natural and effortless. If you are struggling with the action step…perhaps you should re-examine the first two steps in the Success Formula.

It is also important to realize that although the action step should feel natural and effortless…work towards our goals is definitely a requirement for ultimate success in any endeavor. Truth is, good intentions will only get you so far…without doing the necessary actions to bring our goals to fruition.

That phrase is prominent throughout The Abundant LifePlan website for good reason. Without proper Vision, Knowledge, and Action…I personally feel we are just spinning our wheels when it comes to achieving an Abundant Life full of success and happiness.

Whether we desire Wealth, Personal Development, Optimum Health, or all three and more…it all starts by applying the 3 vital steps for ultimate success in any endeavor. We really can create the reality we want. So just get out there and start applying these 3 vital steps in the Success Equation, and see just how much you can accomplish for yourself!

The Best Exercises for You

In our quest for a more healthy mind and body, a lot of our focus is towards maintaining a healthy diet with proper supplementation. A proper diet with a high emphasis on ensuring our bodies have all the necessary nutrients is definitely essential…but it is also just as important to make sure we include some form of physical activity in our quest for optimum health.

Armed with both a properly balanced and nutritional diet…and proper supplementation to help energize the body and fight toxins within…it is also vital that we engage in some form of physical activity to help strengthen and stretch the muscles, reduce stress, and increase our muscle to fat ratio.

While for many, it may appear “easier” to try and maintain good health through diet alone…truth is, our minds and bodies require the stimulation that proper physical exercise brings. A naturally fit body helps all of the vital organs perform their functions optimally…and helps energize and enhance the body’s immune systems.

A body full of energy is vital in the fight against disease and other physical maladies that can affect us on a regular basis. In combination with a proper diet…a body that is physically fit and full of energy, is a potent weapon against the continuous onslaught of potentially dangerous viruses that surround us every day.

What are the best exercises for us?

Many people feel that if they are not working out at the gym, running, doing aerobics, or some other form of structured exercise, they are not going to get any benefits. While some individuals do enjoy more structured types of exercise ( and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that), many of us get bored with gym workouts, aerobics, etc.

For those who like the feel of resistance against their muscles, but just don’t have the time for regular visits for a gym workout (that’s me)…I would like to recommend an excellent piece of equipment that can be used at home, and actually doesn’t take up that much space. I use my Total Gym 3 or 4 times a week for about 40 min each time…and just love this thing! This well designed machine not only provides excellent resistance for all muscle groups…but you also get an excellent stretch with each movement. I could go on and on about this wonderful exercise tool (which maybe I will in a later post)…but I just highly recommend you check out the Total Gym website for yourself, and see if it is a fit for your own exercise goals.

While there are definitely excellent places to work out at, and tons of equipment available to help in our fitness goals…the simple truth is, any form of physical activity that stimulates the muscles a little…is going to provide enormous benefits and wellbeing.

Many modern conveniences have had a negative impact on physical health. In many ways, we no longer move around as much as our distant ancestors did. With that said, it is vital that we try to find physical activities that both fit our lifestyles and keep us wanting to come back and do it again!

The more we enjoy an activity, the more we are apt to do it on a regular basis. So the real trick is to try out different activities until we find some that really appeal to us…then incorporate those physical activities into our lives. For some this may be more solitary activities such as hiking, biking, walking, or climbing…while others may want to play team sports such as volleyball, softball, football, soccer, etc.

To achieve optimum health…it really is important to maintain a physically fit body full of energy

In truth, a properly maintained and healthy body is the best defense against any disease…and if health problems due come up, a strong and healthy body will help us to recover that much faster.

With that said, it becomes obvious that it is very important that we continually work to maintain our physical bodies in the best shape possible through proper nutrition and exercise. With a healthy and fit body, we will always have the necessary energies to battle any affliction that may come upon us, and maintain the necessary energies to achieve all our life goals…and thereby allowing us to truly enjoy life to the fullest.

All of us are valuable and unique individuals, and our own health and fitness goals should be a reflection of that. Due to importance of maintaining a healthy and fit body, I highly encourage each and every one of you to develop your own Personal Health Plan that is right for you…and still helps you achieve the vitality and longevity you deserve.

The Natural Stress Reducer

In today’s turbulent times, stress is once again raising its ugly head. Wracked by financial turmoil, swine flu epidemics, wars raging around the world, and just a general feeling of chaos…many people are really feeling stressed out these days. (and can you really blame them?)

As always, the drug companies have tons of drugs designed to numb us from the stresses in the world. But do we really want to be waking zombies…with our brains so numb from the drugs that we can’t even really think a coherent thought if we wanted to?

Perhaps there is a better way to handle today’s stresses than just subjecting our bodies to a multitude of expensive and invasive chemicals. Maybe there is actually a natural remedy available that will cost nothing to implement…or to use regularly if you so desire.

So just what is this natural stress reducer?

I propose that stress can be drastically reduced through a regular meditation practice. Taking time with yourself to meditate and contemplate your thoughts and feelings can truly enhance your sense of wellbeing and greatly reduce the stress you are feeling.

Does this mean that you have sit with your legs crossed in some kind of yoga position for hours? Absolutely not! (unless you really want to – or feel most comfortable doing it that way) I can tell you my own regular meditation practice consist of sitting in a chair with my eyes closed listening to specially formulated audios that enhance my meditation experience. (more about that later)

The key to meditation is to allow your mind the ability to relax and contemplate your thoughts as they roll thru your mind. You should not stress yourself out trying to analyze these thoughts…but rather just let your thoughts flow naturally while just observing them as a third person.

There are many techniques available for helping to calm our minds…and getting ourselves into this observation mode. Some people silently recite phrases to themselves over and over…while others may hold pleasant images in their minds…while others may count their breaths. All of these techniques are great (if they work for you)…but for many, it can take a long time to master the techniques and methods associated with “normal” meditation.

In my own quest for finding ways to both enhance and speed up the learning process associated with meditation, I discovered an incredible resource for basically supercharging the meditation experience. This powerful program will literally have you meditating like a 20 year veteran guru in a fraction of the time usually required to master the various meditation techniques associated with “normal” meditation.

I could go on further about the benefits of a regular meditation practice, but this post is already getting pretty long.
