Financial Independence is an important requirement for a truly Abundant Life - Discover the proven skill sets the Wealthy use to aquire and maintain their wealth, and how this valuable knowledge can be utilized in Your own lifeWhy do my bills continue to get larger and larger? How come my pay never seems to keep up with the cost of living? I feel like I'm doing the right things, but I still can't seem to stay ahead of the financial curve. Frustrating huh? Most of us have either had these questions and concerns or experiencing them right now. The stress of trying to work harder and harder to stay ahead of our own mounting bills can be almost overwhelming at times. Some of us are even working two or three jobs to try and provide the money necessary to take care of our obligations and wants. Should we be ashamed that we have allowed ourselves to get into debt as we have pursued our wants and needs? Absolutely not! Life is very different for each of us, and the complexities of life can create financial obligations that really put a strain on our budgets. While in our personal realities, most of our financial obligations are legitimate, perhaps there may be better ways to acquire our needs and wants - and actually have the time to enjoy them. We have all known of people who seem to be able to acquire all of their needs and/or wants, and in most cases are able to pay cash for them. Most of these wealthy individuals have all of the luxury items most of us desire, but still seem to have much more time to enjoy these luxuries and life in general. Were all of these "special wealthy people" born with the proverbial silver spoon or divinely granted this "specialness"? While a very-very small percentage of wealthy people have started out with a slight advantage in the financial department, the majority of wealthy individuals created their own wealth through the use of ancient time-tested principles and the application of a different mindset. Wealth Building and Financial Freedom involves development of certain key skill sets that can be learned by anyone!Research into the minds and everyday practices of the wealthy indicates that while their potential to create massive wealth is no greater than the average person, these wealthy individuals have learned how to apply time honored methods of wealth creation and have benefited greatly from these learned skills. Some important skills of the wealthy include the following:
In a nutshell, the wealthy have learned the difference between good debt and bad debt, and how to use good debt to create assets that serve multiple people. The wealthy have also learned how to, through the use of established systems, turn these assets into multiple steams of income that require very little time to manage once the asset has been built. Most importantly, the wealthy have truly learned how to see themselves as worthy of being wealthy and creators of their own destinies. So what does this mean for the rest of us who are either still struggling to make ends meet or who desire more free time in our lives? Knowledge of wealth building fundamentals and the skills necessary for wealth creation is the true key to prosperity, and having the time to pursue all of our dreams.Through my own extensive research into the subject of building wealth, I have uncovered an abundance of very valuable information on this subject. This research has also introduced me to some very gifted individuals who've developed some excellent and sometimes unique ways to teach these very valuable wealth building fundamentals. One excellent source of wealth creation knowledge can be found in the Wealth Fundamentals Pack developed by David Cameron Gikandi. This complete wealth creating resource will help you discover:
Here are some other excellent resources for learning Wealth Building Fundamentals and those all important "secrets" for obtaining Wealth & Prosperity: Learn:
The Secrets of Wealth Creation Revealed "To label this breakthrough wealth masterpiece merely as a "book" is a supreme understatement. Over two hundred and eighty pages, in excess of ninety five thousand words spread over twenty-three chapters and dozens of sub-chapters, The Secrets of Wealth Creation Revealed is a complete wealth manual, reference book and wealth program all rolled into one"
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
The 12 Wealth Secrets by Robert Stuberg “ In this remarkable seminar, Robert Stuberg leads you through the process of using your talents to do what you love and attract a fortune. You will learn to set and achieve your money goals, free yourself from the crushing burden of debt, and live in abundance.” The ability to transform Debt into Wealth is a vital skill that all Wealthy Individuals have learned how to doThe ability to turn debt into wealth is really the ability to tell the difference between good debt and bad debt. While most of us intuitively know the difference when it comes to good debt and bad debt, let's examine this a little further. Essentially, "good debt" is debt that will be used to create an asset that will generate cash flow, and any other form of debt is considered "bad debt", that is also referred to as a liability. While many may question the previous defintion of a liability, it is still very important that we truly come to understand what is considered bad debt. Many people feel that their homes, and in some cases, their automobiles can be considered assets because they could potentially go up in value. The problem with considering those big purchases as assets is that sometimes homes and automobiles don't go up in value, and even more important, is the fact that these "assets" almost always need some form of external cash input to maintain control and keep them up. (eg. mortgage and car payments, & maintenance cost) An asset on the other hand, has the ability to generate enough income/cash flow to maintain itself without the need for an external input of cash. (eg. businesses, real estate, & inventions and other royalty generating assets) In my own research into the subjects of good debt/assets and bad debts/liabilities, probably some of the best resources I've found to help explain those terms and other important wealth building fundamentals is the products developed by Robert Kiyosaki and his team at CASHFLOW® Technologies Inc. Mr. Kiyosaki's famous book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" has actually been on the New York Times best-seller list for over five years now. From the New York Times best-seller "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and through all of the other books and products that Mr. Kiyosaki and his excellent team at CASHFLOW® Technologies have created, each book and product provide incredibly valuable information pertaining to the fundamental principles associated with developing a wealthy mindset, and the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to become wealthy. I could go on and on about all the benefits I've received from reading the Rich Dad series of books. Along with the many books, CDs, and video products developed by Robert and the CASHFLOW® team, Mr. Kiyosaki invented the best game I've ever come across to teach the fundamentals of wealth building. I have played the game CASHFLOW® 101 a few times with friends and have learned a lot about wealth building. (I actually won the game on my third try!) The beauty of this valuable wealth building tool is that while playing the game is definitely a blast, you are also learning important lessons on how to manage your finances and the different investment strategies needed to take you out of the "rat race" and into the world of the wealthy. Along with the flagship game CASHFLOW® 101, Robert Kiyosaki and his team at CASHFLOW® Technologies have also developed some other games that you may want to check out. Designed to supplement the valuable wealth building tool CASHFLOW® 101, CASHFLOW® 202 teaches advanced investment strategies that will have you investing like a seasoned professional. Along with the powerful games just mentioned, CASHFLOW® for Kids was developed to help children gain the important financial basics that can help propel them into prosperity in the future.
Our ability for recognizing problems and needs facing multiple people and then developing solutions - is in direct proportion to our ability to aquire wealth and prosperityIf you really think about the just mentioned statement, I think you will come to agree that basically all of the greatest commercial endeavors in history, and the individuals associated with them, have been the result of solving some need for the masses. Examples include, Henry Ford - Developer of the first mass produced automobile, Thomas Edison - Developer of first mass electrical infrastructure, and more recently, Bill Gates - Developer of the first computer operating system capable of bringing personal computers to the masses. While the previous mentioned former and current captains of industry have indeed created company's whose influences are still very strong today -and probably for many decades to come, it is still very possible for anyone to achieve wealth and prosperity by applying the principle of problem solving as the fore-mentioned men did. While the scale of what Ford, Edison, and Gates accomplished was huge - and they were compensated accordingly, we should only strive to follow the passions in our hearts - along with applying the principle of problem solving for multiple people, to achieve our own levels of wealth and success. Everyday we hear of new entrepreneurs discovering new ways to help people with their problems and needs, and becoming quite wealthy because of it. With that said, there are still enormous needs facing our ever growing society, and that means there are still immense opportunities for individuals to become wealthy and successful. During my research into the subjects of Wealth Building and Personal Development, I came across an author who was very popular in the early 1900' s. His name was Wallace D. Wattles, and many may know of him by his classic 1910 work titled "The Science of Getting Rich". This popular book, and many other works by this author, talked a lot about developing the proper mindset for whatever we wish to achieve. His works also talk a lot about doing things a Certain Way - and learning how to serve many people, to achieve the Wealth and Success we desire. I have personally read many of Mr. Wattles works, and they have all been very inspiring and just packed full of very useful information - even for today's time. It would cost someone a small fortune to acquire these immensely viable works - that's if they could even be found. Fortunately, some dedicated students of Mr.Wattles' works have taken the time and money to compile many of his best works and made excellent resources from them. As mentioned earlier, one of Wallace D. Wattles' most well known works is “The Science of Getting Rich”. This immensely valuable wealth building resource has been reproduced in e-book form by Rebecca Fine, and can actually be obtained for free on her website. Ms. Fine has also produced some excellent audio and Internet based resources for truly understanding “The Science of Getting Rich”. These other valuable resources created by Rebecca Fine include:
Tony Mase from Tony Mase Enterprises, another devoted student of Mr. Wallace D. Wattles' collection of classic works, has put together an excellent compilation of many of Mr. Wattles' best works. “A Powerful Life: The Lost Writings of Wallace D. Wattles” is a collection of 25 long lost books and articles written by Mr. Wattles in the early 1900’s. Click here to learn more. Mr. Mase has also put together another valuable resource originally created by Mr. Wattles titled The Science of Abundant Life. A must read - packed full of valuable resources for both obtaining and maintaining Wealth, Health, and Success. Click here to learn more.
Learning the essential skill of transforming our financial resources into multiple streams of passive income is vital for both Wealth Building and maintaining our aquired WealthSo we have applied our knowledge of wealth building fundamentals and have created an asset that can solve a problem or provide a need for multiple people. What now? Armed with a money producing asset, it is now imperative that we develop ways to create sub-avenues of residual income from this asset, and/or use the financial resources from this asset to create other assets. Along with developing multiple income streams, it is also very important in our search for extra income streams that we strive to create "passive income" as much as possible. The simple truth is - we only have so many hours in a day, so it is vital that we try to generate income using as little of our own time as possible. The skill of creating multiple streams of residual/passive income is in fact how the Wealthy are able to actually build and enjoy the great wealth they have. Along with the time benefit from having many streams of passive income, multiple streams of income also helps to diversify our assets and protect us from possible changes in the economy. Here are some resources which talk directly to the need for multiple streams of income and how to accomplish it: Multiple Streams of Income by Robert G. Allen In this invaluable program, Robert G. Allen – and select professionals who have experienced immense success using his techniques – will demonstrate:
The Seven Years to Seven Figures System by Michael Masterson You’ll Discover:
Through the use of established systems - or those systems they create themselves, the Wealthy are able to achieve their goals in the shortest time possible with the least physical effort.Ever wonder how McDonalds, the largest fast food franchise establishment in the world, is able to run their restaurants using mostly teenagers. Well the simple answer is that McDonalds has created simple but powerful systems that can be virtually followed by almost any employee. Michael E. Gerber, author of the excellent book E-Myth Revisted, talks about the power of systems with the following except from the book. "It's been said, and I believe it to be true, that great businesses are not built by extraordinary people but by ordinary people doing extraordinary things. But for ordinary people to do extraordinary things, a system - "a way of doing things"- is absolutely essential in order to compensate for the disparity between the skills your people have and the skills your business needs if it is to produce consistent results." As we work to build our businesses or other sources of passive income streams, we should always look at how these assets can be systemized to run automatically or with the least amount of physical intervention as possible. This practice not only free's up our time, but also allows us to use this extra available time to develop other assets or any other creative pursuit we may desire. Basically, the Wealthy have recognized and utilized the important concept of systems as they build assets. Whether you plan on building a huge business like McDonalds or even a small home business, it is still very important that you plan and use systems as much as possible. Most importantly, the Wealthy truly see themselves as wealth creators who are worthy of being wealthyWhile the previous statement may seem obvious, and as we really examine what the statement means - when it comes to wealth building, sometimes many of us can be our own worst enemy. Many of us, myself included, have let ourselves believe the myth that only a select few can become wealthy. Along with the "privileged few" myth, many of us have also bought into the "wealthy are greedy" myth to help justify our failure to learn the necessary skills to becoming wealthy. In truth, there is more than enough opportunity and resources available to allow anyone who desires wealth and success to obtain it. Furthermore, if we truly examine the foundation of many of the most effective charitable organizations in the world, we will find that a majority of them were created by wealthy individuals who had the time and resources to both pusue their passions and make a lasting positive effect on society. With all that said, it is vital that we all truly learn to develop the Wealthy Mindset, so that we too can become a positive force for change in the world. Here are a few resources that can help you develop this Wealthy Mindset and truly become part of the "wealthy philanthropist club". Learn:

Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires "You see, most people go through life with the victim’s mindset and this prevents them from ever changing their financial situation! When they don’t get the results they want, victims tend to give themselves lots of excuses like ‘I’m just unlucky’, ‘ I have no experience’, ‘I’m too old to earn more’, ‘I’m too young to be rich’, ‘I have no capital’, ‘I was born poor’ or ‘I’m not a creative person’...The reason all these are lousy excuses is because we know that there are many examples of people who have created wealth for themselves, despite all these perceived disadvantages."
