As we contemplate our desires further, we will come to a better understanding of what it is we truly want. This deeper understanding we obtain might even point us in new directions we may not have thought of before.

So, as stated earlier this vital first step of creating a desire, is essential for anyone seeking wealth and prosperity, or any other "heartfelt" desire.

One of the best ways to truly understand what we want and where we want to go in life is to set time out on a regular basis for quiet contemplation and meditation. It is in these times of stillness that our best inspirations and heartfelt desires begin to manifest in our minds.

With ever-increasing demands on our time and a constant stream of thoughts going on in our minds at any given time, it becomes almost impossible to quiet our minds long enough to truly contemplate our desires. Most of us just don't have the time to spend meditating for hours.

While I am still a student of this "Law of Attraction" principle, I have begun to apply all the previous steps outlined here and positive results are showing up every day. I am very confident now that all my desires will manifest and become reality in due time.

In ending this, I would like to relay a story I read in the book "Retire Young Retire Rich" by Robert Kiyosaki that really had a profound affect on me. At the end of the book Mr. Kiyosaki talks about a lesson from Rich Dad concerning people's perception of reality.

Rich Dad started the discussion by asking the question, "What would you do if there was no risk and it required no money to become rich?" Not fully understanding the question, Robert replied, "Why ask the question? - "Such a world does not exist”. After bantering back-and-forth over Rich Dad's original question, Robert finally answers "Okay, okay, okay", "If such a world existed, a world without financial risk and a world that did not require me to use any money to become rich, then I would be rich beyond my wildest dreams. I would not be afraid. I would not make the excuse that I don't have any money or that I might fail. I would live in a world of infinite abundance... a world where I can have anything I wanted. I would live in a completely different world... definitely not a world I was brought up in."

Finally, Robert asked Rich Dad "Did you find your world?" Rich Dad never answered the question. His only reply was, "Do you remember the story of Alice and Through the Looking Glass?" (Fairytale classic by Lewis Carroll)

Rich Dad then said, "Years ago, I went through the looking glass. If you believe such a world exists, then you may decide to make the journey through the looking glass. But you will only make the journey if you believe the possibility of such a world existing. If you don't believe it exists, and you only see a Mirror, you will stay on this side of the mirror, looking at you looking at you, looking at you looking at you."
